Classical homeopathy is a comprehensive system that forms the foundation of my understanding of healing. Most patients find homeopathy challenging to understand yet interesting to experience.
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is superb for addressing specific mental-emotional issues that disrupt normal living. Whereas classical homeopathy looks at the total picture and strives to adjust the overall energetic state of the person, EFT is capable of zooming in on specific disruptions to that energy state (for example, a painful memory or recurring thought) and neutralize it relatively independently of other ailments. EFT is therefore best for patients who are more task-oriented or who like to be involved in their own treatment: EFT can and often needs to be practiced at home in between visits in order to experience its full power.
Bowen Technique is recommended for those whose primary complaint is musculoskeletal (back pain, joint pain, sprains and injuries, scoliosis, fibromyalgia, muscle cramps, etc.). It is an innovative system that is rapidly emerging as one of the most effective forms of physical therapy. Because of the profound relaxation that treatment induces, it is also a very effective alternative to massage therapy for simple stress relief.
